Howard Edward Ellis, Jr.

Mr. Howard Edward Ellis, Jr., age 57, of Villa Rica passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021. He was born in Ohio on Thursday, August 13, 1964. Mr. Ellis was the son of the late, Howard Edward Ellis, Sr. and the late, Carletta Marcene (Reed) Ellis.

Mr. Ellis was a proud Tow Truck Driver for PBH Towing. Howard always said that he loved his job because it gave him the opportunity to help others. His family described Howard as being “silly, goofy man that was loved by everyone”. Mr. Ellis will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his wife, Sheryl Ann (Brockway) Ellis of Villa Rica; one son and daughter-in-law, Xavier and Tiara Sessions of Rome; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Hope and Gary Lawson of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Donna Ellis of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Laura and Jack Fuller of Dallas and Anastasia Sessions of Villa Rica; his mom, Barbara Ellis of Villa Rica; one sister, Becky Jo Ellis of Palm Coast, Florida; 5 grandchildren and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Mr. Ellis’ wishes, he will be cremated. The family plans to hold a memorial service at a later date.
