Amanda Martin-Benefield

Lisa Amanda Martin-Benefield, age 47, of White, Georgia passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025. She was born in Marietta on December 22, 1977.

As a dedicated Home Health Care Giver with Home Nurse Incorporated, Amanda devoted her life to taking care of those in need. She enjoyed being outdoors, going fishing and hunting. Amanda was also a devoted fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, passionately supporting her team. Above all, she loved her family, especially her children and grandson. Her vibrant personality and love for life will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kevin Benefield, Jr. of Ranburne, Levi Benefield of Ranburne, Shay Benefield of Bremen, and Brianna Benefield of Bremen; the father of her children, Kevin Benefield, Sr. of Ranburne; her fiancé, Dallas Pittman of White; her parents, Winfield Martin, Sr. and Brenda Martin of Bremen; her brother and sister-in-law, Winfield Martin, Jr. and Brittney Martin of Bremen; her sister and brother-in-law, Crystal and Joshua Godwin of Bremen; her grandson, Grayson Benefield of Bremen; nieces and nephews, Jared Godwin, Bella Godwin, Conor Godwin, Kayla Martin, Bailey Martin, Braden Martin, and Kamryn Martin. Amanda is also survived by aunts, uncles, numerous cousins and a number of other relatives.

The family will receive friends at Covenant Life Church in Bremen on Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. 

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 5 P.M. at Covenant Life Church with Pastor John Butler officiating.

Amanda will lie in state at the Church on Friday, prior to the service, from 4 P.M. until the funeral hour. 

In accordance with Amanda’s arrangements, she will be cremated following the funeral service.
