Carol Anne (Norris) Rapp

Mrs. Carol Anne (Norris) Rapp, age 81, of Villa Rica passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on August 13, 1942. Mrs. Rapp was the daughter of the late, Robert Frank Norris and the late, Margaret Anne (Rhodes) Norris. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rapp is preceded in death by her husband, William Harry Rapp.

Mrs. Rapp was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She began her career working in the Nursing field and would later go on to work for and retire from Haralson County Middle School. Carol was a member of Temple Methodist Church and the Douglasville Senior Center.

Survivors include her two sons and one daughter-in-law, Theodore Rapp of Carrollton, and Thomas and Suzanne Rapp of Whitesburg; her brother and sister-in-law, Dick and Sherry Norris of Delaware, Ohio; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Terri and Edward Bischoff of Powell, Ohio and Nancy Viglianti of McCordsville, Indiana; one grandson and his wife, Logan and Katie Rapp of Germany; three great-grandchildren, Gunner Rapp, Penelope Rapp, Marlow Rapp and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Mrs. Rapp’s wishes, she will be cremated.

Memorial services and Interment will be held at a later date in Delaware, Ohio.
