Diane Alicia (Horton) Bedingfield

Mrs. Diane Alicia Horton Bedingfield, age 67, of Temple passed away Saturday, August 30, 2014.  Mrs. Bedingfield was born in Atlanta, Georgia on September 18, 1946.  She was the daughter of the late Robie Horton and the late Betty Griffin Horton.  Mrs. Bedingfield was a homemaker.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, John Howard Bedingfield, Jr. and Daniel Horton; and one grandchild, John Matthew Horton.

Survivors include her husband, John Howard Bedingfield, Sr. of Temple; one daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Kevin Posey of Temple; two sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Macy Bedingfield of Jacksonville, FL and James and Rhea Horton of Villa Rica; one sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Jay Porter of Greenville, SC; grandchildren, Nikki Bedingfield, Spencer Bedingfield, Michael Horton, Stephanie Horton, Danielle Horton, Scott Horton, Devin Horton, Amberly Horotn, Kyle Posey and Kara Posey; great grandchildren, Addison Horton, Alyssa Horton and Braylon Horton; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Monday, September 4, 2014 at 4:00 P.m. from the Chapel of Hutcheson Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Gardner officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday afternoon from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.
