Hulett James Bright

Mr. Hulett James Bright, age 68, of Winston passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2019. He was born in Atlanta on Tuesday, December 11, 1951. Mr. Bright was the son of the late, Paul Bright and the late, Sara (Lowery) Bright. Mr. Bright was a Veteran who served in the United States Army. Later in life, he made a career as a dump truck driver. Mr. Bright enjoyed trading and restoring older vehicles and spending time with friends and family.

Survivors include his wife, Jessie (Sam) Bright of Winston; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Romero Bright of Douglasville and Shane and Brittany Bright of Villa Rica; one daughter, Jennifer Bright of Jacksonville, Florida; two brothers, Mike Bright of Carrollton and Tracy Bright of Douglasville; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Nancy Bright of Charleston, South Carolina, Jackie Melson of Buchanan, Vickie and Bobby Daniel of Arlie, Alabama and Debra and Roy Adams of Douglasville; nine grandchildren, Marhal Bright, Mitchel Bright, Jordan Bright, Cejay Bright, Destinee Pruitt, Zoey Pruitt, Isabella Pruitt, Autumn Pruit, Ashley Bright and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Mr. Bright’s wishes, he will be cremated. The family plans to hold a gathering in Mr. Bright’s memory at a later date. Date and time of the gathering will be published once they have been finalized.
