Ms. Mary Evelyn (Carroll) Chamberlain, age 70, of Carrollton passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2017. She was born in Samburg, Tennessee on Saturday, November 30, 1946. Ms. Chamberlain was the daughter of the late Henry Miles Carroll and the late Hazel Marie (Riddle) Carroll.
Survivors include her son, Teddy Thomas of Carrollton; her daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Tim Caksacker of Union City, Tennessee; her brother, David Carroll of Troy, Tennessee; her sister and brother-in-law, Linda and James Hurst of Troy, Tennessee; one grand-daughter and her husband, Amanda and Nick Toon of Troy, Tennessee; two great-grandchildren, Hayden and Hudson Toon both of Troy, Tennessee as well as a number of other relatives.
In accordance with the family’s wishes, Ms. Chamberlain will be cremated. The family will conduct memorial services at a later date.
