Pastor David Lester Haag

Pastor David Lester Haag, age 77, of Graham, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. He was born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina on Wednesday, August 9, 1944. Pastor Haag is preceded in death by his father, Chester Haag, his mother, Opal (Ray) Miller; his stepfather, Eddie Miller and by one brother, Danny Haag.

Pastor Haag enjoyed playing golf and going fishing. He was also very talented in woodworking, building bird houses, clocks, and furniture. Above all his interests, Pastor Haag especially enjoyed sharing the Gospel with everyone he would meet.

Survivors include his wife, Linda (Simpson) Haag of Graham, Alabama; his son and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Laurie Haag of Sellersburg, Indiana; his daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Pete Frank of Marion, Indiana; his step-daughter, Jennifer Phillips-Lewis and her husband Bill Lewis of Woodland, Alabama; one brother, Mike Haag of Stockton, California; one sister and brother-in-law, Patty and Steve Schuler of Columbus, Indiana; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
