Ralph Charles Clay, Sr.

Mr. Ralph Charles Clay, Sr., age 49, of Villa Rica passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018. He was born in Douglasville on Sunday, April 28, 1968. Mr. Clay was the son of the late C.B. Clay and the late Dorothy (Shepherd) Clay. Besides his parents, Mr. Clay is preceded in death by two sisters-in-law, Angela Banks and Amy Clay.

Survivors include his wife, Amanda Clay of Villa Rica; his son and daughter-in-law, Ralph Charles Clay, Jr. and Ashley Clay of Villa Rica; two daughters and one son-in-law, Amber and Kyle Webb of Villa Rica and Jamie Clay of Villa Rica; five brothers and three sisters-in-law, Ed and Minnie Lou Reece of Villa Rica, Michael and Pam Clay of Carrollton, Richard and Tina Clay of Temple, Lee Clay of Villa Rica and Danny Clay of Villa Rica; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Shelia and Billy Wilbanks of Villa Rica and Tammy Lanham of Temple; three grandchildren, Paetyn Woods, Prestyn Smith and Serenity Clay as well as a number of other relatives.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 5P.M. until 9P.M.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 2 P.M. from the Hutcheson-Croft Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Scott Ethridge officiating.

Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Villa Rica with the following pallbearers: Ralph Clay, Jr., Kyle Webb, Lee Clay, Barry Colley, Ray Emory, Richard Clay and Justin Banks.
