Vickey Diane Neal

Mrs. Vickey Diane (Carroll) Neal, age 65, of Bremen passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. She was born in Atlanta on December 29, 1959. Mrs. Neal was the daughter of the late, Jimmy Gene Carroll and the late, Dessie (Suggs) Carroll.

Mrs. Neal worked for CoinCo as a Director of Operations for a number of years. When she was able, she enjoyed being outdoors, working in the yard, camping, and going shopping with her sisters. At the heart of Vickey’s life was her family. She found great joy in her role as a grandmother and will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Byron Scott Neal of Bremen; her daughters, Brandy Adair of Decatur and Brittany Arnold of Bremen; her brother, Jimmy Lee Carroll of Bremen; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Denise and Chuck Lee of Hiram and Rita Carroll of Ranburne, Alabama. Vickey is also survived by her grandchildren, Zachary Hensley, Madison Hartley, Kaleb Luallen, Ava Arnold, and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Mrs. Neal’s arrangements, she will be cremated.

The family will be hosting a Memorial Service on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 2 P.M. from the Freedom Mission Church located at 14200 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Villa Rica, GA 30180 with Reverend Charles Harbuck officiating.

Please have all floral arrangements delivered to the Church on the day of the service.
