Jonathan "Johnny" Winston Hendrix

Mr. Jonathan “Johnny” Winston Hendrix, age 52, of Carrollton passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024. He was born in Carrollton on November 16, 1971. Mr. Hendrix was the son of the late, Doug Hendrix and the late, Peggy (Gibby) Gray.

Mr. Hendrix worked for many years as a Commercial HVAC Technician for a number of different companies and was currently working for Anchor Heating and Air before his passing. He was very good at his job and was known for going out of his way to help others in need. Johnny enjoyed watching Christian movies and sports events, most especially the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Falcons. Above all he enjoyed spending time with his family, and he will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Joshua Hendrix of Carrollton; his brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Vickie Rush of Carrollton; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Lisa Sneed of Villa Rica and Sandy and Eddy Perrine of Temple. Mr. Hendrix is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, from 6P.M. until 8P.M.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 2P.M. from the Hutcheson-Croft Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Tony Collins and Joshua Hendrix officiating.

In accordance with Mr. Hendrix’s arrangements, he will be cremated following the funeral service.
